OO Guitar #146

$2000 (ex transport)

Price has been greatly reduced on this guitar due to some small dings which occurred when on display at my stall the 2016 National Folk Festival.

New guitar made from Engelmann Spruce and Blackwood.    14frets to the body, 24.9in scale length.  The finish is Nitrocellulose lacquer on the body and varnish on the neck.  Has a bolt on neck and Schertler tuning machines.  McIntyre feather pickup installed.  Comes with a case.  This is hands down the best sounding 00 size guitar I have played.  I am extremely pleased with the sound.  It has a lovely sweet sounding treble and mids, and surprisingly good bass for a small guitar.  This wood combination works brilliantly in mandolins and certainly in guitars as well if this is any indication.

Woods are - Engrlmann Spruce top, Tasmanian Blackwood back and sides, African Mahogany neck, Indian Rosewood bindings, Queensland Maple rosette, Ebony fingerboard (16in radius), tuning knobs, and headstock overlay, Brazilian Rosewood bridge.

Here is me playing it.  I am not a guitar player, but it does give a very rough idea of the sound.  The soundclip does not do it justice.
