New OM Guitar #172

$3500 (ex transport)

New guitar made from Engelmann Spruce and figured Tasmanian Blackwood.   It is a good one.  14frets to the body, 25.4in scale length.  Varnish finish.  Has a bolt on neck and Schertler tuning machines.  What can I say, a beautiful sounding and looking guitar.  I have always liked the sound of Engelmann Spruce and Blackwood in mandolins, and it certainly does work also in guitars.  Yep, I like it.  This guitar is so nice it has to have a Hiscox case (supplied).

Woods are - Engelmann Spruce top, Tasmanian Blackwood back and sides, African Mahogany neck, Indian Rosewood bindings, Queensland Maple with Paua Abalone rosette, Ebony fingerboard (16in radius), tuning knobs, and headstock overlay, Brazilian Rosewood bridge.

Here is me playing it.  I am definately not a guitar player, but it does give a rough idea of the sound.  I can't possible do it justice.
