A traditional fan braced classical guitar with a traditional sound

Description

The Coombe classical guitar is constructed in the Houser tradition, except for the neck which includes a truss rod.  The truss rod allows a small amount of relief in the neck to be implemented easily which allows for a lower action and improved playability.  These guitars are seriously good classical guitars, I have compared them with many classical guitars that have gone through the workshop and have not found any thing yet that I think sounds as good.  Feedback from players has also been extremely positive both from a sound and playability perspective.

Standard woods are the highest quality European Spruce for the top and Indian Rosewood back and sides.  The neck is Australian Red Cedar.  Other woods can be requested for special orders.
